Rationale for change
I just had a question on UWorld (Id 19834) that states Candidal skin injections are used to confirm intact T-lymphocyte function, and should be used to test for T-cell dysfunction rather than B-cell dysfunction. The question asked to identify the appropriate testing for X-linked agammaglobulinemia (flow cytometry), but Candidal injection was an answer choice. This card states it is used to confirm B-cell defects like X-linked agammaglobulinemia, but Uworld seems to contradict this.
