this card didn't make sense because it was already talking about a pneumonia with progression to pneumonia...double checked AMBOSS and it should be URTI

its a viral pneumonia which predisposes to a bacterial one, one pneumonia from virus ontop of pneumonia from bacteria, at least that is my understanding
