Rationale for change

If this suggestion is accepted, I will update the rest of the cards that include this table:

- The original table separates pregnancy from newborn, which may mislead readers into thinking that infant prophylaxis is based on the infant's viral load rather than the maternal one
- The original table does not mention anything about cART and only references zidovudine
- I believe the new table conveys the idea more effectively. I will upload a preview of how it looks inside the card in the comments section
