Rationale for change

Couple Changes:

1. Inclusion of note in extra section that Kaplan includes the anterior cingulate cortex. This detail is not in UWorld or Khan so didn't merit inclusion in text section.

2. The image was pretty nonspecific so I modified an existing openstax image to include mostly limbic system components included in the study materials.
