Rationale for change

I know we are hesitant to add C-O to the table used for all these cards or add an individual card used to test the C-O bond and its corresponding range since kaplan says its not one we need to know and would be provided. But if we are going to keep this card (which does test the C-O bond) we should probably include its range at least in the extra section for this one card.
