Rationale for change
Changed format from > to ≥ and removed the symbol from the cloze
AMBOSS defines "heavy alcohol use" using the ≥ symbol instead of >
"Females: ≥ 4 standard drinks per day or ≥ 8 standard drinks per week
Males: ≥ 5 standard drinks per day or ≥ 15 standard drinks per week"
Moreover, the symbol should be excluded from the cloze, so that you don't have to guess whether it's ≥ 8 or > 7 (for example).
