Rationale for change

Did a brief search to understand the etiology of the anemia. Anorexia nervosa AMBOSS page does not explicitly mention anemia at all, only "associated features of severe malnutrition may be present". Malnutrition is associated with anemia due to decreased B12, folate, and iron (https://next.amboss.com/us/article/Gp0BIS#Y9a93ed17da707e03e4a4ff1b81a57907).

Interestingly though, anemia is still nowhere to be found on FA Step 1 or FA Step 2. No tagged questions (pending AMBOSS tag removals since they are not related to anemia or abnml lytes). Leukopenia, NOT anemia, is noted on FA Step 2 under hematologic complications of eating disorders (Table 2.13-21)!

Has anyone seen this tested? Do we even need this card? Should we change it to malnutrition? Am I missing a resource somewhere?
