Rationale for change
I think hemin should be parenthetical and heme on the card itself, and not the other way around. Heme is also shown as the primary inhibitor in the infographic in the extra so this makes the card consistent.
Amboss doesn't mention hemin as an inhibitor, but B&B does mention hemin as "synthethic heme" used as a theurapeutic agent in the video on porphyrias.
