Rationale for change
Patient with partial horner and headache, dx is internal carotid dissection. No anhidrosis is present so I think it is worthwhile to explain further.
Also removed tertiary because this is actually referring to 3rd order / post-ganglionic, but that isn't nearly as relevant as the fact that the Horner is partial
