Rationale for change

As it stands, this card doesn't really make all that much sense. "In response to axon damage," the neuron necessarily undergoes a "reaction." Nobody needs to be tested on that cause and effect. The word "axonal reaction" should be replaced with "chromatolysis," which is the actual description of the "swelling of the cell body" and "dispersion of Nissl substance."
