Rationale for change
A bit of a quibble in syntax.
Current phrasing implies that the condition, endocardial fibroelastosis, IS a thick fibroelastic tissue in the endocardium, which is not quite right.
Rather, it seems more appropriate to say that the condition is characterized by the development of said tissue in the endocardium, which is more in keeping with the condition itself and more appropriate phrasing, imho.
TL; DR: endocardial fibroelastosis is the condition, which is associated with the presence of fibroelastic tissue, but is not the tissue itself. Existing phrasing seems a bit ambiguous or potentially misleading.
