Rationale for change

This card gives the incorrect assumption that Rh- patients have IgG Anti-D antibodies that are naturally ocurring (like type A blood patients have naturally occurring anti-B antibodies). However, anti-D antibodies are not developed until an exposure (eg. Rh- mother with Rh+ fetus without RhoGAM, incorrect blood transfusion, etc.)
