Rationale for change

FA2024 separates intestinal atresia into a duodenal section and a jejunal + ileal section. These common causes are listed under jejunal + ileal atresia specifically. Doesn't seem like they're associated with duodenal atresia or "intestinal atresia" as a whole for this reason
