Rationale for change
UW QID#3078 table as well as AMBOSS page for hypertrophic pyloric stenosis both emphasize "thickened, elongated pylorus" in the sonographic diagnosis.
Per UpToDate: "The diagnosis of IHPS is based on measurements of thickness of the muscle and the length of the canal". UpToDate also only mentions the target sign as what may be seen in the transverse view when measuring the thickness of the pylorus.
