Rationale for change

I think this is probably an example of a bad card. I think the overall concept is that any of these features suggest urgent referral to a paediatric specialist and so rather than being forced to recall all of them all it should be broken down into individual cards (e.g. Children aged <3 months with a fever of temperature {{c1:geq: 38 degree}} should have an urgent paediatric referral)
