Near complete duplicate. Only difference being the choice of words labor vs delivery. As you cannot have preterm delivery without preterm labor, and preterm labor inevitably leads to delivery, they are equivalent for the purposes of the card.

Whether labor vs delivery is chosen as the term, I will leave to deck maintainers. I believe the term labor is more accurate as it is reflected in the graphics in the additional information part of the other card.
