Senescence appears to have been changed to immunosenescence unilaterally (without other maintainer input) back on December 23 but this is not right. If you read the AMBOSS entry on immunosenescence that was used to justify the change it clearly defines it as senescence of the immune system, NOT the endocrine axis. In the AMBOSS article for aging, immunosenescence is listed as a feature of increased age and changes to the endocrine axis is listed as a separate entity entirely. As also mentioned in the previous change, FA uses immunosenescence, but once again in reference to changes in the immune system and nothing to do with the endocrine axis, which is what this note is asking about.
