Hi, I came across uworld QID 107408 today. Q presented a young child with symptoms similar to ADHD but only in ONE setting, the home. In this case, it suggested that these behavioral patterns are indicative of issues of the parent-child relationship. proper next step is to have the patient participate in parent management training. This was a new concept for me, and only 44% of people got it correct (vs 40% who picked normal behavior) so it may be novel to others.
This is likely not "HY" but could help somebody score an extra point.
If you do end up adding it, feel free to re-write the question where needed :)
UPDATE: Came across a second UW question with this concept. Child with nonspecific ADHD symptoms in the home. Answer was parent-child therapy; explanation explained parent management training again. UW QID 12207
