Rationale for change
It may be slightly confusing/counterintuitive for students to understand the actual pathophysiology here if they don't understand the roles of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 since nitric oxide is a potent vasodilator and ET-1 is known for vasoconstriction.
I've found hepatopulmonary syndrome to not be covered too much in most lectures (personal in-house as well as 3rd party such as Pathoma) so while I feel that this card is important to know for clinical practice some students may find it confusing and just suspend it as opposed to learning it.
