Neurology NBME Form 8 Q13
Question describes pt with Meniere disease. Asks for most appropriate treatment. Lifestyle modifications are not an option. Answer is HCTZ therapy. This was originally a new card suggestion, but @thomas.holmes thought this may be an appropriate card to update which I completely agree. @thomas.holes also said we "could also add to Extra the acute attacks can be managed with vestibular suppressants (e.g. 1st generation antihistamines, benzos, antiemetics)"
