Rationale for change

A key distinction here is that the movements in Chorea are continuous. The movements characteristic of chorea flow into each other between muscle groups, rather than a rapid on and off contraction. Otherwise, this card is too similar to myoclonus in it's description. I added "that are continuous" to this card to try to help make this more apparent. Feel free to change the syntax to something else, but I do feel more is needed for clarity.
