Rationale for change

Changes
- added that misoprostol is PGE1 analog
- added the name of the pge2 gel (directly referenced in above article)

Why?
- unsure why we are nonspecific with the name of the gel of PGE2, but mention the name of misoprostol without (PGE1 analog)

These changes add better clinical context and add a stronger tie in than just "PGE2 gel" because its very vague otherwise

AMBOSS "analog: dinoprostone" then right under it says "cervical ripening"
