Rationale for change

These cards really confused me because they seem to be opposite. There is a subtle distinction which I have now added to each card to prevent this kind of confusion for others in the future.

Also note they use different pleural forms of leiomyoma which is kinda annoying, but changing that would probably require looking at changing things across the deck so I avoided it.

I did make an earlier suggestions fixing leiomyomatas to leiomyomata one one of the cards which may now be stale.
