Rationale for change

Schmerzen in der Außenrotation sind nicht typisch für eine Epiphyseolysis capitis femoris. Es entstehen eher Schmerzen in der INNENrotation und Flexion --> deshalb ist auch das klinische Drehmann-Zeichen ( = Drehmann-Zeichen: Automatische AUßENrotation und Abduktion bei passiver Hüftbeugung) positiv.
