Rationale for change

These cards cause interference because they really should have the same answer melatonin receptor and MT1, MT2 are basically the same idea (I'm not aware of any clinically meaningful reason to distinguish melatonin receptor, MT1, MT2, correct me if I'm wrong)

Just clarifying that melatonin, MT1, and MT2 receptors are all basically the same answer via the extra section should fix this.
