Rationale for change
According to another card, aspiration pneumonia occurs when oral aerobic bacteria enters the lungs. This used to be anaerobic but a change was made to the other card in Sep 2024 "AMBOSS, UWorld, and recent studies show that aerobic upper respiratory organisms are the most common cause". So I don't think aspiration pneumonia is a fitting example.
