Rationale for change

The edema in nephritic syndrome is mostly putting edema and in nephrotic syndrome there is often more severe edema (defining factor) that is generalized. Periorbital edema is often seen first and the edema in nephrotic syndrome is not gravity dependent as it is mediated by low oncotic pressure.
