Rationale for change

Glycation is the non-enzymatic version of glycosylation (enzyme mediated). FA '23 also states "non-enzymatic glycation" not glycosylation. It's kinda redundant calling it non-enzymatic glycation though. Up to reviewers if you want to pass it through
