Rationale for change

I am aware of the existing card suggestion. I don't think the original card was exactly the best. I have re-learned the topic from multiple resources and think that this is the best recommendation.

Opioids tend to be only added until later in the assessment and are generally given when the pain is not being able to be managed with just GTN. There's a few other caution points with opioid administration as well, so I don't think it is given as part of the initial treatment, or at least as not as readily as the card previously suggested.
