Rationale for change

removal of image since its the same information as the table in the extra section

Rejection reason

Just cleaning stuff up a bit; in this case I'm going to opt not to toss out the image. Even though it's not my favorite it does let us, or future maintainers, know where this table hails from for reference. Otherwise the info in the table seems random.

If and when we get around to cleaning it up or basing it on a new table then I think we get rid of the image but until then it's a suitable anchor for the weird providence that is this card.
