Rationale for change
Bad card because cloze 1 can be both distal convoluted tubule and collecting duct. Both DCT and CD are responsive to aldosterone and are sites of reabsorption and waste product secretion.
I suggest removing that close or making it more specific to DCT.

Similar to the proximal convoluted tubule (PCT).
Aldosterone also acts in the collecting duct (CD), though absorbs water in addition to salt (and is not a site of waste product secretion).
