Rationale for change
Consider removing "eye drop ointment". Both UpToDate and Amboss recommend oral macrolides as opposed to topical/eye drops for chlamydial conjunctivitis/trachoma in newborn and adult populations. Amboss does list erythromycin drops as prophylaxis in infants, but oral erythromycin for treatment.
