I think this note meant to say "congestion" not consolidation because consolidation can be seen across two phases as the first aid snapshot already present in the card shows.
Rejection reason
Consolidation is an imaging/radiologic term. This is referring to CXR or CT. Possibly could be more clear in that regards, but rejecting in current standing

Day 1-2; tissue is red-purple with partial consolidation of parenchyma


Day 1 - 2 → congestion, red-purple
Day 3 - 4 → red hepatization, red-brown
Day 5 - 7 → gray hepatization, gray
Day 8 - 4 weeks → resolution
- Neutrophils respond to bacterial components by releasing cytokines that increase permeability of pulmonary capillary endothelium, allowing immune cells to migrate
- Increased capillary permeability also leads to the accumulation of erythrocytes and abundant proteinaceous fluid in the alveolar space
