Rationale for new note

I came across this topic on UWorld QID 19414. This question specific asks about treating opioid use disorder in a first trimester pregnant patient. Although there are cards addressing the topic of opioid use, I was unable to find a card specifically addressing opioid withdrawal in pregnancy.
This may be an obvious question to some (and I'm just dumb), but I think this is something that may not be apparent to all (like myself).
:) let me know if there are any issues- happy new years!

Rejection reason

Can just add "safe in pregnancy" to existing cards since these drugs are first-line anyways

Text
What is the first-line pharmacological treatment for opioid-dependent pregnant patients?
{{c1::Methadone}} or {{c1::Buprenorphine}}
Extra
Methadone is effective at preventing withdrawal symptoms, and reducing cravings.
Methadone can cause neonatal abstinence syndrome, but this is expected and manageable.
