Rationale for change
This uworld question (1806) is about a boy with recurrent episodes of pancreatitis that is hereditary (sibling also has it).
the vingiet has symptoms of Vitamin E deficiency.
this anki card connects pancreatic insufficincy with fat-soluble vitamin deficiencies.
i didnt recognize vitamin E deficiency but i also didnt connect the dots that i was looking for a fat soluble vitamin deficeincy and if i had i would have gotten the answer correct becasue it wasnt vit a or vit k issues.
i think this card is the info i was missing to get this question correct.
