This is part of a bulk suggestion to change some terminology and update cards about dehiscence
The current card is very confusing for a few reasons. First, the answer in the Cloze is only 'dehiscence,' which refers to wound edge separation, regardless of whether it's a skin or fascial layer
Now, when the skin is intact and the fascia fails, this is one specific type of deep (fascial) dehiscence called partial deep dehiscence
Therefore, the current version of the card makes it very hard to guess that the answer is only 'dehiscence.' Hence, we need hints. The updated version should be answered only with 'deep dehiscence' as the answer
I also believe that this change is necessary and doesn't complicate things, as it's a HY concept (highlighted in Amboss and there's by a UW tag) (The updated change doesn't contradict UW)
Also, when reviewing the cards randomly, the current version doesn't make any sense
