Rationale for change

Does not make sense to have loperamide in this card since it is specific to IBS-D. ACG recommends non-pharmacological first (see image below). According to FA24, "First-line treatment is lifestyle modification and dietary changes." AMBOSS does not stratify order of interventions, but does support the types of non-pharmacological intervention here.
