It seems like this card was made with the Sketchy 'Amenorrhea' video in mind, but technically congenital GnRH deficiency could be found in both females and males. We're talking about hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.

Also, AMBOSS uses the language "impaired secondary sexual characteristics" instead of "absent"
