Rationale for change

Think this card is too easy by providing the memory anchor of "body" - might be better to keep the entirety i.e. "perineal body" as the cloze deletion.

I understand there are several components to the pelvic floor, but without the anchoring of the perineal body for muscle attachment, none would suffice therefore the only possible answer for this cloze deletion would be perineal body.
