Resubmitting previous suggestion with FA2023 sources:

Positive and negative feedback specifically refer to regulation of a system by its output or product. Insulin increases glucokinase activity through hormonal signal pathway mechanisms, but does not regulate the enzyme through a feedback mechanism as it is not a product of the glycolysis or glycogenesis pathways. I also added a cloze hint as there are multiple regulators of glucokinase.
