Rationale for change

Rejection reason
No source (also, the current version is correct and you are confusing with subacute granulomatous thyroiditis)

Extra

- AKA painless thyroiditis or silent thyroiditis
- Painless thyroiditis is often a self-limited hyperthyroid phase of Hashimoto thyroiditis (both have TPOAbs)
- RAIU is decreased due to preformed thyroid hormone
- Compared to subacute granulomatous thyroiditis which presents with very tender thyroid gland
