Rationale for change
AMBOSS and FA24 (pg. 652) convey that APGAR is typically only recorded at 1 and 5 minutes, and do not say that it should be recorded at 10 minutes (unless score below 7)
Further coroborated by nid:1463081222466 which states that "the Apgar score is an assessment of newborn vital signs following labor via a 10-point scale evaluated at 1 minute and 5 minutes"
