Rationale for change
Clomiphene increases risk of not just twins, but triplets, quadruplets as well, although twin pregnancy is the most common form of multiple gestation. AMBOSS, FA24 (e.g., pg 674), and Sketchy do not mention "twin" pegnancy, but rather state side effect of clomiphene is increased risk of "multiple simultaneous pregnancies".
