The answer could also be "Postrenal AKI" (e.g., nid:1589305115880). To rule out AKI as an answer, I suggest altering the wording to "stasis" to guide the user to think of UTI (more associated with stasis of the urine) as opposed to AKI (more due to obstructive damage to the tubules).
