Rationale for change

Trying to reword what, in my opinion, is a very clumsily-worded card. Inspiration taken from nid:1547916073938, which describes mature cystic teratoma as "an ovarian cyst with calcifications and hyperechoic nodules on ultrasound".

Also, change 'benign' to 'mature' as this is recognized by the AMBOSS addon (they're the same thing in my understanding - see nid:1463187929584 which states "What is the malignant potential of a mature cystic teratoma in females? {{c1::Benign}}"
