Rationale for change

It's unnecessary to have a card that guesses whether "focal seizures w/o impairment of consciousness" impair consciousness because it's in the name (card was only relevant when these types of seizures were previously called partial seizures). More relevant to just guess the overall name of the seizure and that's it.
