Rationale for change

On page 441-1 of First Aid, it is stated that essential thrombocythemia is also a neoplastic proliferation of mature myeloid cells, including megakaryocytes. Another qualifier, such as the decreased RBCs should be added to make myelofibrosis the only correct answer.
