Rationale for change

I know that the suggestion of this being a one-by-one has been declined multiple times, but is it worth merging all of the clozes into one field *without* making it one-by-one? I am thinking similar to Anki nid:1536518897921 .

Prompting each of the risk factors as individual clozes feels a bit weird and lengthy—I'm not certain doing it like that enhances recall. You have five siblings that are inappropriately giving you five times the exposure to the answer than normal (because you see the unprompted clozes five times each) which seems both excessive and inefficient for optimizing recall.

(I am not entirely sure how to do the html formatting but tried my best).
