Rationale for change

This card should acknowledge that thalassemia minor can ALSO present with INCREASED RBC count, which is what is tested in nid:1478834463281.

nid:1478834463281 states: "α-thalassemia due to a two gene deletion presents with mild {{c1::anemia}} with a(n) {{c2::increased}} RBC count"

This is corroborated by the table in UWorld qid 4875, which lists "normal or increased" as the RBC count for both alpha- and beta- thalassemia. It is also currently stated in the "sketchy" field of this card itself (which is hidden for a lot of people)

It appears that this card (and similar ones in the deck) were written based on an old version of the same UWorld table, which lists "normal" instead of "normal or increased". An uncorrected copy of this table can be seen on nid:1556531060120 from the v11 deck.

Additional change to extra field: since this card is about differentiating iron deficiency anemia from thalassemias, adding the context that they are all microcytic clarifies why RDW and RBC count need to be examined
