Rationale for change

I am sure I am not the only one who finds this card overwhelming and unnecessarily long. I removed the cloze around 'renal pelvis' as it is not the focus of this card. I also removed the clozes around the names of the arteries to make it shorter. We can bring them back as a second cloze if needed!
